This piece was made in collaboration with the tetera community, a fast disappearing population of craftsmen who are significant contributors to India’s craft heritage. Their dome-making skills have been rapidly replaced by utensil production, but here Gunjan Gupta re-employs them to create the hand-crafted brass domes they are known for.
